IMC wins Alliade Care Group as new customer

CLIX Learning Management System to be the new qualification platform at Alliade

IMC AG, a leading provider of e-learning and talent management solutions, is to implement its CLIX Learning Management System (LMS) at Alliade Care Group, a Dutch network of Health Care organizations. With IMC’s CLIX LMS, all employees can access their learning anytime, anywhere.

Alliade Care Group coordinates independent trusts in the healthcare sector that work together in a partnership. Being spread across the district,it has always been a challenge for Alliade to educate staff in face-to-face training sessions. Alliade is aware that qualified staff in the care sector is a key competitive advantage in the market, so they decided to set up an elearning environment that allows all employees, and especially careworkers, to learn at any place and at any time.

CLIX was chosen as the new Learning Management System (LMS) to provide e-learning content to approximately 5.000 users at Alliade CareGroup. The LMS allows administrators to manage learning groups and courses. Learners can organise their learning schedule and interact withother users.

IMC AG plans to implement the system within the next months, together with the Dutch partner Tracoin. The e-learning content will be produced byAlliade, who will be using the authoring and content creation products POWERTRAINER and LECTURNITY.
