The Right Implementation Strategy Guarantees the Success
A successful solution is more than just effective technology. The consulting services of IMC ensure a sustainable implementation of software functions into your organisational structures and business processes. The implementation of a learning management solution is broken down into three phases:
- Initialisation PhaseIn the first phase – the initialisation – the standard software is implemented in the organisation. Towards the end of this phase the software solution is available for a limited and defined group of participants.
- Pilot Phase
In the second phase – the pilot phase – the learning platform will be used productively for the first time. This often takes place in an exactly defined application scenario. During the pilot phase we will assess whether the intended goals have been achieved in the application scenario. Other application scenarios are often defined at the same time. - Institutionalisation Phase
In the third phase of the project – the institutionalisation – the knowledge gained from the pilot phase will be implemented and the “professional” operation of the learning platform ensured. At the end of this phase the project will be completed, the organisational changes carried out and the system taken over into the day-to-day production.
Together with you we will develop an implementation strategy, which meets both your business needs, as well as the basic conditions in regard to time and finances.
