The implementation of a company-wide corporate learning strategy “on the green field” differs already in the project and stakeholder management considerably from the task of bringing together and standardise learning management solution concepts which already exist – for example in various regional companies. A practical approach to this issue is often also a pilot scenario: As opposed to a “big bang” the learning management solution is first implemented for a defined smaller target group within a business unit with the intention of transferring this experience to other target groups without forgetting that this should be an overall and long-term approach (think big, start small).
Scalable service packages
IMC offers scalable service packages, which support both a pilot scenario as well as a corporate learning scenario – or variants in between. According to this one can distinguish between the implementation variants described - both in type and the results of the advisory performance (e.g. implementation consultancy versus process consultancy), as well as in the amount of time and resources:
CLIX “Out of the box”- implementation consultancy
The focus of this implementation consultancy is based on the configuration and implementation phases of CLIX and closely linked to the training and coaching of your employees, who will then subsequently take over the technical responsibility for the learning platform.
CLIX implementation with process support - and IT consultancy
We transfer your application scenarios and use cases of concrete learning and business processes, which are implemented within the framework of the configuration and implementation of CLIX. We support you in the roll-out of your learning platform by co-designing the service and support processes which are subsequently relevant in the production.
CLIX implementation with support strategy - and organisation consultancy
The implementation phases presented in the IMC learnway will be run through completely. Together with you we develop solution concepts for a re-orientation or re-design of your corporate learning strategy.
