The assistants created in LIVECONTEXT are made available by the LIVECONTEXT Pad. The Pad detects which application the user is currently working in and provides precisely the help function that is needed in the respective context. The information can either be displayed discreetly on the screen directly in the actual field or in a separate view.

A preview and a brief description of the individual training content quickly provide information on the available learning content. Integrated videos or web-based training can be viewed directly in LIVECONTEXT; the user does not have to exit the application.
