The Individual Development component allows you to draw up a personal development plan to help the employee prepare for a new job, improve performance or close a skill gap. Over a specific period, you can define performance targets and measure achievement levels during and at the end of the period in question. A range of reports give you a better overview of the levels of development within your company. You can display development targets, the results of multi-rate feedbacks and courses which have contributed to achieving your targets and access graphical performance evaluations and CVs for your employees at any time.
